  • Suppliers pay us a commission after clients complete their trips. I charge a professional planning fee because the work I do is personal, detailed, and high-touch. This fee allows me to focus my time, energy, and expertise on designing a travel experience that truly reflects your style, priorities, and goals.

    Thoughtful travel planning requires time, experience, and deep research. My planning fee covers the time it takes to design with intention. It includes curated research, access to trusted partners, and a thoughtful planning process that protects your time and elevates your experience. My service goes far beyond logistics, and it doesn’t stop once the itinerary is finalized. While you’re traveling, I am monitoring your travel, and step in whenever something needs attention. You’re never navigating it alone.

    During our initial consultation, I’ll review the scope of your trip and confirm your planning fee, because your time is valuable, and so is the experience you’re investing in.

    I may not be the right fit for everyone, and that’s intentional. I work best with travelers who value service, care deeply about the details, and want a trusted partner who shows up before, during, and after the trip.

  • Some components may need to be paid in full, but generally, I will be able to secure your travel plans with an initial deposit. Deposit requirements are determined by the suppliers I collaborate with.

  • Because every trip I plan is custom (dates, travel style, priorities, and real-world availability all matter), I don’t do quick, one-size-fits-all quotes. What I do offer is thoughtful, personalized planning that saves you time, money, and stress, and results in a trip that actually fits how you travel.
